Pause & Thrive is an 8-week group coaching experience designed to help you feel better in perimenopause and menopause—without the overwhelm.

Through daily lessons, doable actions, and weekly group calls, you’ll build healthy habits that support sleep, nutrition, hydration, stress, and movement. Everything happens inside a private app with a supportive community and direct access to your coach.
